The Vignerons Uni-Medoc wine co-operative in Gaillan is fitted out of a bottling line of 6,000 bottles per hour, which allows to bottle on site, at the best moment for the wine quality.

The wine "bottled-corked" is kept in metallic boxes for several years (see the picture on the right side) in a warehouse of 3 million bottle capacity.

At marketing time, bottles are washed and "dressed" with their producer's cap, labels and packed in cases.

All the efforts made in the vineyard must be preserved in the bottle thanks to the following quality management:

• The bottling line had been completely renewed in 2006
• The wine preservation is completely ensured by the size and isolation of our warehouse
• Our Oenologist and our quality manager check the wines all the time.
• The cellar in Gaillan has been certified ISO 9001 since 1997.
