300 vine-growers cultivate rigorously and passionately 1,230 ha of vineyard, representing the soil diversity and richness of our appellation.
These family estates, committed to sustainable practices and eco preservation, use the most up-to-date technology to obtain the best grape quality.

In order to meet this goal of quality and excellence, 2 wine makers help them and give them personal advice.
With mutual help and experience, their daily job consists in selecting parcels among the vineyard, which is necessary for the elaboration of the wines, which will seduce you later on. Several elements are involved:
- Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, are the main existing grape varieties. Our main target is to blend them...for the best use only.
- Gravel, chalky-clay, and sandy-gravel are the different types of soil found under our vineyards, real basis of our wine range.
Grape variety, type of soil, age of the vineyards, practices, farmer know-how, combined with the moderated oceanic climate of our Medocean peninsula, are the advantages of our cellar. Richness comes from diversity.

But this tremendous richness is precarious. That is the reason why our cellar has been committing for a long time to a specific approach, nowadays fashionable: sustainable development.
Indeed, our estates have been already decreasing their consumption of phytosanitary products since 1993, by sowing grass and optimising the pesticide use.
This specific approach is now registered througth different certifications ISO, Agri-Confiance, Sustainable Agriculture, Organic Agriculture... showing that the cellar and its members are more and more concerned about environment preservation.
